Stay in the Heart ofSawai Madhopur.

Great hotel run by a local Indian family, everything was comfortable and worked. The home cooked food was great! Very helpful with sorting out our Rathambore boarding passes and the entry gate, for the core zones, was an easy 10 minute walk away. I suspect, if asked far enough in advance, they could arrange the whole thing but we'd already booked our safaris on the government website. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a genuinely Indian experience rather than most of the up market western orientated hotels in the area.

This was the first time I have visited The Village Heart and my experience was really very good. We had booked our Safari for 9th Feb, so we reached hotel on 8th evening by 6:30 PM. As it is a located typically in a village, initially we were planning to change the hotel as we had a 2 yrs old baby with us. But after some time, we decided to stay there only and that decision was perfect. The reason is, you will not feel that you are staying at a Hotel anymore because the staff treats you as a family member. Hospitality is the best this I found here because its a family who all takes care of you. The food they served us was really very testy and had a homemade taste in it. The owner and the receptionist (Gulshan Kumar Sharma) was a very nice person. They also offered us a bonfire.Gulshan also helped us to get our boarding passes ready. In the morning at 5 AM before going to safari, he prepared coffee and tea for us. The Hotel is away from the city and very very peaceful, in addition it is very near(1 km) to the entrance of National Park (Zone 1-6). The rooms are good, toilets are very clean and they provide 27x7 hot water...what else you want.This was the one of my best stays throughout my Rajasthan Trip.We will meet soon Gulshan !!! :)

This was the third time i was in Sawai Madhopur(Ranthambhore). The best stay compared to my previous ones. Tasty Food, Clean Rooms, Comfortable bed, Family like staff, Clean Bathroom, 24x7 Hot water, Car Parking and peaceful atmosphere. Away from the city, the village gives the real Rajasthan view and flora.The best thing i found here is the hospitality of the family who owns this hotel. Its a family who takes care of the guests and they give their 100% to keep you comfortable. They can also help you if you have not booked the safari. They offer on the spot safari option. The owner was a very nice person and he offered the bonfire for free. I had to check out at 3am and they prepared coffee for me. Nobody would do that at 3am. Enjoyed the bonfire throughout my stay coz the weather was really cold. I’v been to many destinations in India but this was one of my best experience. Just Go for it.👍🏻 Thumps up to The Village Heart.
